Description

Skotawa surprises on this section. Kind of a modest river, just few kilometers, a channel as one might say, and here such a surprise. How come there are trees in the riverbed, although there are only fields in the area? Do you know the feeling when a man canoes down a quietl, narrow river with a modest current and then this river suddenly ends? (or so it seems). If you have not had the opportunity to experience it – head to Skotawa.



Previously calm river suddenly changes thanks to many willows with spreading and dense crowns situated along the river. And overcoming this obstacle is not the easiest of all tasks the canoeist faces on the river. This section is a chance of obtaining some canoe refinement, section is not too long, so you will not feel you have had enough somewhere in the middle, not too short – thanks to its attractions for sure you will get tired, so it is perfect for a fruitful trip and nice exercise in canoeing among piled trees.
